Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

These terms apply to Ahiva, a service of Quantvity Technology Private Limited. They describe the basic rules for using the marketplace.

Business use and authority

Ahiva is intended for business use. By using Ahiva for a company, partnership, proprietorship, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and to submit information on its behalf.

Accounts and business information

You may need an account to create seller listings, save buyer requirements, send messages, or access marketplace workflows. Business profile details, listing content, requirement details, KYC or verification inputs, and contact information should be truthful, current, and authorized for business use.

Marketplace content

Seller listings, buyer requirements, images, descriptions, target markets, website links, and messages remain the responsibility of the account that submits them. You give Ahiva permission to host, display, organize, retrieve, analyze, and recommend this content to operate marketplace discovery, matching, and conversations.

AI-assisted discovery

Ahiva may use AI and automation to retrieve sellers, explain potential fit, create shortlists, preserve context, and connect buyer-seller conversations. AI-assisted outputs are decision support, not professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for evaluating fit, pricing, terms, quality, delivery, compliance, and commercial decisions.

Verification and trust signals

Ahiva may show verification status, business signals, profile information, or structured listing details to support trust. These signals help users assess counterparties, but they are not a guarantee of performance, payment, quality, delivery, or legal compliance by any buyer or seller.

Messages and deals

Ahiva helps buyers and sellers start contextual conversations. Any commercial agreement, purchase order, delivery, warranty, payment, or offline commitment remains between the businesses involved unless Ahiva separately states otherwise in writing.

Moderation and account action

Ahiva may review, limit, remove, or refuse content, listings, requirements, messages, or accounts when needed to protect users, reduce abuse, comply with law, or maintain marketplace quality. We may also restrict access if information appears inaccurate, unauthorized, misleading, harmful, or unlawful.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the platform, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another business, interfere with the service, scrape the platform without permission, or use Ahiva to send spam, abusive messages, or fraudulent enquiries.

Service availability

We aim to keep Ahiva reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party systems, or operational needs. Features may evolve as the marketplace develops.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahiva and Quantvity Technology Private Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from marketplace interactions, AI-assisted outputs, user content, or deals between buyers and sellers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and authorities in India may have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law and any written agreement that applies to a specific service.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Ahiva evolves. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the product or other reasonable means. For questions about these terms, contact hello@quantvity.com.
