Ahiva may collect account details, business profile information, contact details, KYC or verification inputs, seller listing content, buyer requirement details, messages, media uploads, authentication data, device and usage information, cookies or similar signals, and support communications.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, seller listings, buyer requirements, AI-assisted search, matching, messages, profile context, metrics, verification signals, security, support, service improvement, and communication about Ahiva.
AI-assisted marketplace workflows
Ahiva may process business content such as listings, requirements, business profiles, and messages to retrieve relevant sellers, explain possible fit, build shortlists, preserve context, and improve marketplace workflows. AI processing is used to support discovery and conversation, not to make final buying or selling decisions for users.
Sharing inside the marketplace
Some information is intentionally shared with other users when you publish a listing, create a requirement, start a message, or participate in a buyer-seller workflow. For example, a seller may see buyer intent connected to a message, and a buyer may see seller profile and listing details.
Verification and trust signals
If verification or KYC workflows are used, related information may be processed to assess business identity, reduce misuse, display trust signals, and protect marketplace integrity. We do not sell verification information to other users.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, databases, storage, email, analytics, security, AI infrastructure, and operational support. These providers process information to help us operate Ahiva.
Cookies and analytics
Ahiva may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, product performance, analytics, and remembering user preferences. Our Cookie Policy explains these uses in more detail. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, or marketplace integrity needs.
Children
Ahiva is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Users should not submit information for minors through marketplace accounts or business workflows.
